Contract Award: Horizon View, Westward Ho!

We’re excited to share some fantastic news!
BuildX has been awarded the contract for a significant refurbishment project at Seaway Court in Torquay.
This project involves the removal of the existing EPS insulation system, which will be replaced with a high-performance mineral wool system, finished with a durable Alsecco UK silicone render. These works are set to begin in the coming weeks, with completion anticipated by October 2025.
Our team is proud to have earned the confidence of the directors at Seaway Court, and we’re delighted to be partnering once again with the excellent team at Bailey Partnership, acting on behalf of the client.
