Delivering Quality Homes at Silverhill Close

We’re proud to be nearing completion of Phase 1 at Silverhill Close, Tamerton Foliot, soon to be handed over to Plymouth Community Homes.

This project has not been without its challenges, but thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team and supply chain partners, we’ve been able to deliver high-quality homes that meet the standards we set for ourselves and our clients.

With Phase 1 now complete, our involvement at Silverhill Close will conclude, and we will not be continuing with Phases 2 and 3. We believe this is the right decision for our business as we focus on projects where we can add the most value and deliver with confidence.

We wish Tamerton Silverhill Ltd every success in bringing the remainder of the site forward and trust that the hard work invested in Phase 1 sets a strong foundation for their continued progress.
