With over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Shane has led and managed various projects in the region, as well as holding a national Quality Management Audit role with a large PLC. Shane has specialist knowledge of insulated render solutions, cladding, specialist coatings, concrete repair, and whole-house social housing renovation.

Jon also has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. After an accomplished background and training with a large quantity surveying practice, Jon moved on to take up roles with main contractors and subcontractors delivering successful refurbishment, regeneration, maintenance and energy improvement schemes through the region.

Simon Britton is our Managing Quantity Surveyor, overseeing the commercial management of all projects. He brings extensive experience in social housing refurbishment, maintenance, cladding, and EWI systems. Simon has a proven track record in the industry and has worked with Directors Jon Rosevear and Shane Jones in previous businesses.

Jake initially trained and qualified in medicine, spending 8 years in Mental Health before shifting his career focus. He joined us through a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme and now works closely with the operational teams, guided by our Commercial Director, to ensure accurate financial management. We’re confident Jake will be a valued team member.

Jack is our Project Manager and previously led the Plumbing and Mechanical Division at AP Electrical Contractors. While his primary focus is on the operational delivery of all projects, his expertise in mechanical installation and gas compliance brings added strength and value to our team.

Mark brings extensive experience in the property services sector and is well known to the Directors from previous collaborations. Rich is a skilled tradesperson with many years of experience on projects of various sizes and is well known in the local area. After over two years with BuildX, we brought him into the management team as a Supervisor, supporting his transition with management training, including SMSTS and First Aid.

Chloe is the backbone of BUILDX, ensuring everything runs smoothly. After a brief period in residential care, she pursued a career in administration. Chloe holds IOSH qualifications and has a strong working knowledge of CDM, providing vital support to both site and office teams.
