Works Start at Silver Hill Close

Exciting news from BuildX SW! We are pleased to announce that work has officially resumed at Silver Hill Close for our client, Tamerton Silver Hill Ltd.

After nearly twelve months of inactivity due to the collapse of the previous contractor, it’s fantastic to see the site back in action. With the setup complete, initial clearing underway, and essential safety measures in place, construction is now moving forward.

We understand that this project has been a point of concern for local residents and supply chain partners impacted by previous setbacks. However, we are fully committed to delivering a positive outcome. Our focus is on completing and handing over the first of seven properties as part of Phase 1, along with the associated groundworks, landscaping, and civil works. Phases 2 and 3 will follow in due course.
