We’re excited to share another successful project completed in collaboration with VIVO Defence Services. As part of a recent void preparation and larger maintenance initiative, we were tasked with replacing an unsafe and deteriorated external timber fire escape and decking. Thanks to our trusted partners at QC Engineering Limited, we delivered a safer, more durable solution that will stand the test of time.

The Process

Here’s how we transformed this essential safety feature:

✅ Removed the Old Timber Structure
The deteriorated timber fire escape and decking were carefully dismantled to make way for a sturdier solution.

✅ Installed a Robust Steel Fire Escape
The new steel fire escape not only enhances safety but also offers superior durability and resilience against the elements.

✅ Added New Concrete Pads
To ensure a solid and stable foundation, we installed new concrete pads to support the steel structure.
