Renovations at Fernihurst Care Home

We’re thrilled to announce that BuildX has been awarded the contract to renovate 50 ensuite WCs at Fernihurst Care Home in Exmouth for Sanctuary Care. This exciting project, set to begin in January 2025, will focus on delivering substantial improvements to the facilities, enhancing comfort and convenience for the home’s residents.

This project reflects BuildX’s ongoing commitment to creating positive, functional spaces in live environments. Working within an operational care home requires a specialised approach, and our team is highly experienced in carrying out renovations with minimal disruption to residents’ daily lives.
