Successful Completion of EWI Project at Fox House

We are thrilled to announce the successful handover of our External Wall Insulation (EWI) project at Fox House, Lambay Hill. This project was undertaken for a valued client, and marks yet another milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions.

Collaborating with Abi Jones and the team at Mitchell Architects UK was a fantastic experience, and their architectural expertise significantly contributed to the project’s success. Together, we worked diligently to ensure that the EWI installation met the highest standards, enhancing both the energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal of Fox House.

The project utilised Alsecco UK’s Ecomin300 system, paired with mineral wool insulation and finished with a durable silicone topcoat. This combination not only improves the building’s thermal performance but also offers long-lasting protection against the elements, ensuring sustainability and comfort for years to come.

We would also like to extend our thanks to JEM Scaffolding Ltd, whose reliable and efficient support provided a safe working environment throughout the project. Their contributions were invaluable, allowing us to maintain our commitment to safety and quality on-site.
