EWI Installation at Magnolia Block

We’re excited to share the successful completion of our latest External Wall Insulation (EWI) project in Teignmouth, carried out for our valued client, Templer Homebuild. Our Operations Director, Shane Jones, recently visited the site at Magnolia Block, Kingsway, to witness first-hand the transformation that has taken place.

At Magnolia Block, we installed a high-performance Soltherm External Insulations EWI system. This comprehensive solution includes 60mm mineral wool insulation, a double mesh coat for reinforced durability, and a 1.5mm silicone topcoat to provide a sleek, weather-resistant finish. The result is a dramatic enhancement of the building’s thermal efficiency and overall appearance, ensuring long-term energy savings and improved comfort for the occupants.
