New Contract Award – Cladding Remediation

We’re delighted to share that BuildX has been appointed to deliver a cladding remediation project at North Street, Plymouth, for Sixteen Management Limited and managing agent Plymouth Block Management.

The scheme involves the complete replacement of all external façade finishes to a residential accommodation block. Existing materials — including timber, metal, terracotta cladding, and rendered EWI — will be removed and replaced with non-combustible, fully compliant systems that meet the latest safety standards.

The project will be starting very soon and we’ll be working closely with the client’s consultants, Bailey Partnership, to deliver a high-quality outcome.
