We’re pleased to provide an update on our ongoing project in Torquay, where we’ve been working closely with James Barron. We’re excited to report that we are now in the final stages, with the finishing elements coming into play.
Our partners at DFR Roofing Ltd have done an outstanding job of stripping and installing a new Bauder Flat Roofs insulated system on the existing terrace. This new system not only enhances the roof’s durability but also improves its insulation properties, ensuring better energy efficiency.
Internally, our dedicated teams have been busy removing old ceilings, unsuitable insulation, and membranes. With expert support from Leyden- Serious About Craftsmanship, we have successfully reinstated the necessary components, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Looking ahead, we have just a few final tasks remaining. External render repairs are on the agenda, and new French doors will be fitted by Ross Dent and his team at Sunrise Windows & Doors. Our team will also complete the internal decoration to bring everything together seamlessly.
Notably, one of the ground floor flats has been occupied throughout the duration of the project. We’ve worked diligently to be mindful of the tenant’s needs, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and cooperation. We’re excited to see the finished project and appreciate your continued support!
