Heritage Restoration at RN College Dartmouth

We’re excited to share progress on one of our most prestigious projects to date: the Captain’s House at Royal Navy College Dartmouth, completed for our client, VIVO Defence Services. This historic property in the South West has been undergoing significant restoration, and we’re proud of the work accomplished over the past few weeks.

Our initial focus was on drainage works for the garden terrace, where we’ve installed a system to effectively divert surface water away from the building. This crucial step helps protect the property from potential water damage and ensures the longevity of the structure.

Moving inside, our team has addressed remedial work in below-ground areas affected by years of water ingress. These repairs are essential in maintaining the property’s integrity and addressing any underlying issues.

In addition to these vital tasks, we’ve carried out render repairs and redecoration throughout various parts of this impressive property. The meticulous work done aims to preserve the historic charm while enhancing the overall appearance of the house.
