Lee Duncan joins BuildX

Experienced project manager Lee Duncan has joined BuildX to strengthen project delivery as the business continues to grow across the South West.

BuildX (SW) Ltd is pleased to welcome Lee Duncan as its new Senior Project Manager. Lee joined the business on 1 July.

Lee brings extensive experience in social housing, retrofit and cladding remediation, which closely matches the work BuildX delivers for clients across the region.

For many at BuildX, Lee is already a familiar face. He has previously worked alongside most of the BuildX management team in other businesses. He joins with established relationships, a clear understanding of how the team works, and the respect of those who know him.

In his new role, Lee will support the senior management team and the wider business. His focus will be on strengthening project delivery, mentoring site teams, and maintaining the high standard of service BuildX clients expect.

As well as experience and a steady hand on projects, Lee brings a sense of humour that is already fitting in well with the BuildX culture.
