A first look at our new Plymouth office
14 October 2026
The fit-out of BuildX’s new head office is well under way, creating a modern workspace designed around how the business works today and where it’s heading.
Work on BuildX (SW) Ltd’s new office is moving at pace, and the space is starting to feel like a real workplace.
The internal partitions are now up. Electrical and air-conditioning installations are well advanced, and plumbing and floor preparation are progressing alongside them. There is still plenty to do, but the layout of the new office is clearly taking shape.
The refurbishment is a significant investment in the BuildX team. Starting from a blank canvas has given the business a rare opportunity to design a workspace around the way it operates now, with room to support its continued growth across the South West.
A great working environment matters. As the team grows, a well-planned office helps people collaborate, stay organised and do their best work, both for each other and for our clients.
We would like to thank the local businesses and trades helping to bring the project together so far:
There is more to come as the fit-out continues, and we look forward to sharing the finished space soon.
